Today we presented about our approach to creating a learning organisation at the network event organised by the Institute of Continuous Improvement in Public Services (ICiPS) in London.
Following on from a recent Continuous Improvement Maturity Assessment with 100% response rate and an amazing 6.5/7 score, we shared ten of our ideas as principles that worked for our team and could easily be adopted by organisations of any size.
