What an amazing opportunity we had today to meet employees of different companies and Civil Service Departments based in Piccadilly Place, Manchester who came along and put their chef hat on to prepare Greek Cretan dakos at their lunch break!
A pop-up stand with all the ingredients provided for them to prepare a quick, easy, tasty and healthy vegetarian snack.
